The national rollout is expected to begin in October 2026, following the successful completion of the just concluded FBS Trainer Refresher Training mentioned above.

The initiative marks the next phase of the programme, following a pilot conducted at Tsumamas in the Kunene Region in May 2026. The programme is designed to help farmers approach farming not only as a means of food production, but as a business requiring planning, financial management, market awareness, sound production practices and informed decision-making.
